Electronic Music Interface

how can the expression of music — of live electronic music — unfold to its maximum if the input options are restricted by keyboard and mouse? speaking of music is a matter of playing, to play with the input device, to be comfortable with it, to explore something new. it is impossible to provoke dynamic play and least of all expressive play by uniformly pressing keys on a keyboard, which is meant to write texts with. the soft stroke, the hard hit — the emotion — it has to be heard and seen, only this way becomes music an experience. a laptop can not reach that far. philipp haselwander goes beyond!
